This spunbond 100% polyester filter media is made of high-quality filament yarn without using any binding agent. It has been widely applied in making pleated dust collection cartridges. This hard finished material is very stable and structurally durable. The unique & hard finished material provides features of good palatability and high durability. The unique structure of very fine filament yarn offers high performance in filtration. This filter media with PTFE membrane provides excellent stable structure, fine dust release & good release & good resistance of particle penetration into the media. It is palatable in different pleated depths & height to accommodate desired filtration area, and it can be widely used in vacuum cleaner and industrial cartridge.
1: Material: 100% spunbond polyester with or without PTFE membrane
2: Advantages: we provide spunbond polyester media which can be made into cartridge, one-piece design cartridge eliminates the need for filter bags and cages, significantly reducing installation time. The pleat design increases filtration surface area up to 2-3 times.
